I went to this company because I was I was on a hurry to get some Fire/water bowls for a pool project I’m building for a customer. Not only did Jesse and his team have bowls for me to purchase but they also had them ready to go in a matter of a couple days. I also needed them to have auto igniters and they put together a package for me and all the parts were included for installation. The owner of this company also is very knowledgeable about his products and will take the time to share his knowledge with you so that you find the best product for your project. I will definitely be using this company for all my Fire feature needs and would highly recommend to others.

Ordered 2 fire bowls online and communication was amazing. Received a call from the owner confirming my color choice and he explained other options. The bowls were even more beautiful in person than on the website. Would definitely recommend.

These firebowls were exactly what I was looking for. Perfect without having to wait for customs ones to be made.

Purchased 2 units with auto ignite for a customers new build. Both were installed. From the day they were installed one lit as it should and the second one only lights 10 percent of the time. In the middle of dealing with customer service to resolve the issue . Will update review when the issue has been resolved.

The drive was far, but once we arrived, we were able to pick our our bowl in minutes with the color coordination wall. The bowls were ready quickly and beautifully done.

The distributor got back to me very quickly. They manufacture themselves. It’s a beautiful piece of hand hammered copper and very well-built. The igniter system and all of the propane flame controls look also very well-made. Will be installing this in our new pool very soon. I would shop here.

Very good! We haven’t installed yet but shipping and delivery went fine. All our questions were answered and they said our installer could call with any questions and they would be glad to help. Will post pictures once installed.
